How Geotech Caraïbes collects, uses and protects your personal data.
1. Data controller
The data controller is GEOTECH CARAÏBES (SASU), whose registered office is located at Maison Les Romney, 1 Impasse Les Tourterelles, 97150 Saint-Martin. For any question regarding your data: contact@geotech-sxm.com.
2. Data collected
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide to us via the contact / quote request form:
- your first and last name;
- your email address;
- your phone number (optional);
- the content of your message.
No sensitive data is requested. The site does not carry out profiling or targeted advertising.
3. Purposes and legal basis
This data is used exclusively to respond to your request, prepare a quote and manage the business relationship. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
4. Recipients
Your data is intended solely for authorized personnel of GEOTECH CARAÏBES. Form delivery is handled by the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co) and the site is hosted by GitHub Pages; these providers, located in the United States, may technically process your data under appropriate safeguards. Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then for a maximum period of 3 years from our last contact, before deletion.
6. Cookies
The site uses neither advertising cookies nor audience-measurement trackers. Only technical resources necessary for its display are loaded (including Google Fonts, which may record your IP address on Google's side). You can configure your browser to block these resources.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@geotech-sxm.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
